中西医结合治疗眼型重症肌无力临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨眼型重症肌无力的中西医结合治疗方案,观察临床治疗效果。方法将45例眼型重症肌无力患者分为轻、中、重3组,应用激素治疗,采用下楼法(即大剂量突击-渐减-小剂量维持),并每周应用环磷酰胺1 000 mg静滴1次,同时口服中药益气聪明汤加减。结果轻度患者2周痊愈,中度患者3周痊愈,重度患者4周痊愈。患者痊愈后继续口服中药1～2个月。随访0.5～5年,3例复发,其中2例经治疗痊愈,另1例未再痊愈,经手术矫正上睑下垂。结论应用激素联合中药治疗眼型重症肌无力,恢复快,不易复发,有较好的临床效果。Objective To explore the treatment programme of ocular myasthenia gravis by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and to determine the clinical treatment effects. Methods 45 patients with ocular myasthenia gravis were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups. All patients were treated with hormone （downstairs method, high dose-gradually reduced dose-low dose maintenance）, intravenous infusion of cyclophos- phamide （1 000 mg, once a week）, and modified Yiqicongmingtang. Results Mild patients recovered after two weeks, moderate patients recovered after three weeks, and severe patients recovered after four weeks. Patients after re- covery continued to have oral Chinese medicine for 1-2 months. After the follow-up of half a year to 5 years, recurrence happened in 3 cases. After the treatment, 2 of them recovered, and another one who had blepharoptosis was corrected by operation. Conclusion It has fast recovery, less relapse and better clinical effects to treat ocular myasthenia gravis by using hormone combined with traditional Chinese medicine.
