摘　　要：T1b期无淋巴结转移声门型喉癌属于早期喉癌,病变累及双侧声带,可包括前联合或后联合。临床治疗方法主要包括放疗、内镜下治疗及手术等。通过复习相关研究资料,对T1b期声门型喉癌各种治疗方法及进展做一综述。Tl b glottic carcinoma without lymphatic metastasis belongs to early laryngeal cancer which involves the bilateral vocal cord, including anterior commissure or posterior commisure. Clinical treatment consists of radiotherapy, endoscopic treatment and surgery, etc. The paper summarized the recent progress in the treatment.
