摘 要:摩擦焊机主轴箱起着支撑主轴作用,是焊机非常重要的部件.它的刚度和强度将直接影响着焊机的工作精度和使用寿命。在对摩擦焊机主轴箱实体建模的基础上,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对主轴箱进行了分析,通过结构静力分析得到主轴箱的应力和位移分布云图。结果表明,焊机主轴箱的设计比较合理,有着较高刚度和强度的安全系数,抵抗破坏和变形能力较强,能满足在最大顶锻压力下加工岀精度较高的焊件。The spindle box is a very important component of friction welding machine,which plays a supporting role.Its stiffness and strength have direct influence on the working precision and service life of the friction welding machine.Based on the modeling of the spindle box entity in friction welding machine,the spindle box was analyzed with finite element by ANSYS code.The distribution nephograms of the stress and displacement in spindle box were obtained by the structure static analysis.The results show that the design of spindle box is reasonable,which has higher safety factor in stiffness and strength,and strong resistance to the destruction and deformation can satisfy the maximum upsetting pressure for high precision welding.
