脑血管患者血清同型半胱氨酸及硒的测定

摘　　要：探讨了脑血管疾病患者的血清同型半胱氨酸、血脂、载脂蛋白、脂蛋白 (a)、硒水平之间的关系。采用经CT确诊的脑血管病患者共 10 8例 ,脑血栓患者 74例 ,脑出血患者 34例 ,对照组 5 2例。结果显示 :(1)脑血栓患者同型半胱氨酸水平 (19 86± 9 16 μmol/L) ,脑出血患者同型半胱氨酸水平 (17 94± 6 2 1μmol/L)明显高于对照组 (11 33± 4 17μmol/L) ,P<0 0 1。 (2 )脑血管病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与血脂、载脂蛋白、脂蛋白 (a)无明显相关。 (3)脑血管病患者血清硒水平 (80 83± 16 5 6mg/L) ,对照组 (84 5 8± 16 5 6mg/L)。两组硒的水平无明显差异。结果提示 :高同型半胱氨酸血症是脑血管病新的独立的危险因素。因为血清中硒浓度很低 ,微量的变化在小样本中难以统计 ,有待积累资料进一步探讨。This study to investigate the relationship between the serum homocysteins(Hcy)and cerebrovascular disease(CVD),to evaluate relationship between the serum Hcy levels in patient with CVD and cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolioporotein A1 apolipoprotein B,Lp(a).To investigate the serum selenium level in patient with CVD.The serum Hcy levels of 108 cases with CVD and 52 control group were measured using enzyme immunoanalysis.Plasma lipid and apolipoprotein and Lp(a) of 108 cases with CVD and 52 control group were studied by light scatter immunoassay in Hitachi 7170。The Hcy level was higher in CVD group than in control group,there was highly significantly difference(P<0 01)。The serum selenium level were not significantly difference between the CVD group and the control group(P>0 05)。There were no relationship between the serum Hcy levels in patient with CVD and plasma lipid,apolipoprotein Lp(a).The results showed that hyperhomocysteinemia is a independent risk factor for cerebrovascular disease.
