氦氖激光血管外照射对缺血性脑血管疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究氦氖激光血管外照射对缺血性脑血管疾病疗效的影响。方法:对治疗组65例脑缺血进行氦氖激光血管外照射治疗,并与非激光血管外照射治疗的对照组62例进行对比。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组全血粘度高低切变值和血浆粘度明显改善(P<0.01);临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:氦氖激光血管外照射治疗能够提高临床脑缺血的疗效,是治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的理想方法之一。Objective： To study the effects of extravascular He-Ne laser irradiation for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： Sixty-five cases of brain ischemia are treaded by extravascular He-Ne laser irradiation; sixty-two cases that have the same disease are managed by routing therapy without the laser irradiation. Two groups are compared. Results： Compared with control group, the whole blood viscosity shear value were improved distinctly （P〈0.01）. Comparison of clinical efficacy, it was better than control group. Conclusion： He-Ne laser extravascular irradiation is able to improve the effect of brain ischemia and it will be the most ideal medicament of curing cerebral ischemia.
