摘 要:目的:研究氦氖激光血管外照射对缺血性脑血管疾病疗效的影响。方法:对治疗组65例脑缺血进行氦氖激光血管外照射治疗,并与非激光血管外照射治疗的对照组62例进行对比。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组全血粘度高低切变值和血浆粘度明显改善(P<0.01);临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:氦氖激光血管外照射治疗能够提高临床脑缺血的疗效,是治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的理想方法之一。Objective: To study the effects of extravascular He-Ne laser irradiation for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Sixty-five cases of brain ischemia are treaded by extravascular He-Ne laser irradiation; sixty-two cases that have the same disease are managed by routing therapy without the laser irradiation. Two groups are compared. Results: Compared with control group, the whole blood viscosity shear value were improved distinctly (P〈0.01). Comparison of clinical efficacy, it was better than control group. Conclusion: He-Ne laser extravascular irradiation is able to improve the effect of brain ischemia and it will be the most ideal medicament of curing cerebral ischemia.
