摘　　要：论述了高耐磨抗腐蚀软氮化处理热挤压模具零件的使用效果,高耐磨抗蚀氮化的基本过程,软氮化工艺,操作过程及氮化质量检验控制等内容。此软氮化工艺可以获得厚9～9.9μm的理想的氮化层,完全能够满足铝热挤压产品对模具性能的要求并取得可观的经济效益。The application effect of corrosion resistance and high wear soft hot extrusion mold parts after nitriding treatment, the basic process of high wear resistance nitriding, soft nitriding process, the process control and quality inspection were discussed. The thickness 9-9.9 p.m nitride layer is obtained by the process of soft nitriding. Not only the performance requrements of the mold for the hot extrusion of aluminum products can be satisfied fully, but also have considerable economic benefits.
