摘  要:目的研究Sox-10在神经鞘瘤和纤维型脑膜瘤中的表达情况及其鉴别诊断价值。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测Sox-10在50例肿瘤(30例神经鞘瘤和20例纤维型脑膜瘤)中的表达情况,并与S-100蛋白的表达行对比分析。结果 30例神经鞘瘤中29例(97%)Sox-10(+),阳性定位于细胞核;20例纤维型脑膜瘤中Sox-10均为(-)(100%)。30例神经鞘瘤中22例(73%)S-100(+),阳性定位于细胞核、细胞质和突起;20例纤维型脑膜瘤中15例(75%)S-100(+),定位于细胞核、细胞质和突起。Sox-10诊断神经鞘瘤的敏感度为97%,特异度为100%;S-100的敏感度为73%,特异度为25%。结论鉴别诊断神经鞘瘤与纤维型脑膜瘤,Sox-10是一种敏感度和特异度都优于S-100的免疫组化标记物。Objective Sox-10 is a transcription factor of the neural crest cell. Our study was to explore Sox-10' s differential value in the diagnosis of schwannomas and fibrous meningiomas. Methods EnVision immunohistochemical staining was used to detect Sox-10 ' s expression in 50 cases of tumors, including 30 cases of schwannomas and 20 cases of fibrous meningioma. In addition, the expression of S-100 was used as a control. Results Sox-10 in 29/30 (97%) of the schwannoma was positive, located in the nucleus; Sox-10 in 20/20 ( 100% ) of fibrous meningiomas were negative, and both the nucleus and background appeared negative; S-100 in 22 / 30 (73 % ) of the schwannoma was positive, located in the nucleus, cytoplasm and synapsis; S-100 in 15/20 (75%) of the fibrous meningioma was positive, located in the nucleus, cytoplasm and synapsis. Sox-10 had a sensitivity of 29/30 (97%), and specificity of 20/20 ( 100% ) ; S-100 had a sensitivity of 22/30 (73%), and specificity of 5 / 20 (25%). Conclusion In the central nervous system tumors, Sox-10 is a more sensitive and specific marker than S-100 for the differential diagnosis of schwannoma and fibrous memngloma.
