摘　　要：目的:通过检测上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中miR-200a的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系,探讨miR-200a在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用及可能的机制。方法:选取65例上皮性卵巢癌患者为研究对象,30例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及50例正常女性作为对照,用Real-time PCR方法检测受试者血清中miR-200a表达,ELISA法检测血清中CA125水平。分析miR-200a在不同临床病理情况下的表达差异。结果:miR-200a在上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中表达量明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤及正常女性(P<0.001),良性组与正常女性两组间miR-200a的表达无明显差异(P=0.633)。血清miR-200a表达与卵巢癌分化程度及血清CA125值呈正相关(P均<0.05),而与卵巢癌的组织病理类型、临床分期及淋巴结转移情况无明显相关性(P>0.05);miR-200a高水平组卵巢癌患者预后明显差于低水平组(P=0.021)。结论:miR-200a在上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中表达上调可能与卵巢癌的发生及不良预后密切相关。[ Abstract ] Objective： To observe the expression of miRNA-200a （miR-200a） in the serum of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, and to assess the association with the clinicopathological features. Methods：Real-time PCR was used to determine the expression of miR-200a in the se- rum,65 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma,30 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 50 normal women. ELISA was used to measure the level of CA125. The expression was com- pared between tumors of different pathological characters. Results：Expression of miR-200a was significantly higher than that in the benign ovarian tumors and normal group （P〈0. 001 ） , but there is no difference between the later two groups （P = 0. 633 ）. Tile expression of miR-200a was positively correlated to histological grading and the level of CA125 （P〈0.05） ,but showing no con＇elation to the histological types, progression of the clinical stages and lymphatic metasta- sis. The prognosis of ovarian cancer patients with high expression of miR-200a was significantly worse than the low-level group （P= 0. 021 ）. Conclusion： The up-regulation of miR-200a is correlated with the prognosis of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, and it may be a factor of poor prognosis.
