摘　　要：目的　评价睑缘切开带蒂轮匝肌瓣充填术治疗严重上睑内翻倒睫的临床疗效。方法　对我院门诊诊断严重上睑内翻倒睫病人 111例 197眼行睑缘灰线切开带蒂轮匝肌瓣充填术 ;术后随访 ,观察术后 2 wk、6、12及 36 m o的疗效。结果　术后 2 wk带蒂轮匝肌瓣全部成活 ,睑缘上皮长入肌瓣表面 ;术后 6 m o无复发病例 ,失访 2例 (3眼 ) ;术后 12 mo,复发 2例 (2眼 ) ,失访 9例 (17眼 ) ,复发率 1.1% ;术后 36 m o,复发 5例 (7眼 ) ,失访 2 1例 (35眼 ) ,复发率 4.4% .Objective To estimate the therapeutic effect using palpebralis margin incision and pediculated orbicular muscle grafting to cure severe upper eyelid entropion.Methods 111 cases (197 eyes) of patients with severe upper eyelid entropion were treated using the method of palpebralis margin gray line incision and pediculated orbicular muscle grafting at outpatient department in our hospital. Follow up survey postoperative, observated the therapeutic effect postoperative 2 weeks, 6 months,12 months and 36 months. Results The epithelium of palpebralis margin restorated completely on the surface of pediculated orbicular muscle postoperative 2 weeks;postoperative 6 months, no case recurred, 2 cases (3 eyes) losed follow up; Postoperative 12 months, 2 cases (2 eyes) recurred, 9 cases(17 eyes) losed follow up, the recurrence rate is 1.1%; Postoperative 36 months, 5 cases (7 eyes)recurred, 21 cases (35 eyes) losed follow up, the recurrence rate was 4.4%.Conclusion It is a better method that palpebralis margin incision and pediculated orbicular muscle grafting to treat severe upper eyelid entropion.
