摘　　要：介绍了航空引信旋翼金属型浇注工艺、实际铸造过程及详细的技术要点,并介绍了整个工艺流程,包括各种工艺参数的确定。着重阐述了为使模具结构简单化而采用中心浇口的方法。Pouring and product process as well as key technological points of permanent mold casting aero fuze rotor were described, and processing procedures including choice of various parameters were presen- ted. The center-sprue was designed to simplify mould structure based on the comprehensive conditions.
