摘  要:利用山羊瘤胃液体外发酵7种粗饲料,测定它们在不同时间段内的产气量并测定48h的pH值,干物质消失率和粗纤维降解率.结果表明:(1)7种粗饲料样品的产气量随时间而增加;(2)发酵48h时7种粗饲料样品的pH值都在6.9~7.5之间;(3)发酵后7种粗饲料样品干物质消失率都低于30%;(4)利用山羊瘤胃液体外发酵粗饲料,能够很好的降低其粗纤维含量,其中油菜壳的粗纤维降解率最低,为22.65%;稻草、豌豆藤、花生藤和玉米秸秆的粗纤维降解率在30~50%之间,分别为30.20%、44.57%、48.23%和42.64%;黑麦草和蚕沙的粗纤维降解率最高,分别为65.26%和67.02%.In this experiment, 7 kinds of roughages are fermented in vitro by using the goat rumen fluid, determining the gas production during different time periods and measuring the pH value, dry matter disappearance rate and crude fiber contents in 48 hours. The results show that: (1) The gas production of 7 kinds of roughages samples increases over time; (2) The pH value of 7 kinds of roughages samples is between 6.9 and 7.5 after fermentation 48 hours; (3) The dry matter disappearance rate of 7 kinds of roughages samples is below 30% after fermentation; (4) Through roughages fermentation in vitro by using the goat rumen fluid, it can extremely reduce the crude fiber contents, in which the lowest crude fiber degradation of rape shell is 22.65%. The crude fiber degradation of straw, pea vine, peanut vine and corn stalk is between 30%50%, respectively 30.20%, 44.57%, 48.23% and 42.64%. The crude fiber degradation of ryegrass and silkworm is highest, respectively 65.26% and 67.02%.
