摘　　要：针对复杂的生产工艺仅靠简单的单回路调节器,无法消除生产中的诸多故障隐患。着重介绍生物堆浸生产工艺实时监控系统的原理及作用,该系统能优化生物堆浸生产工艺参数,降低设备故障率,实现计算机在线控制,提高堆浸厂的自动化综合管理水平。Simple single - loop controller for complex production process can not eliminate a lot of hidden faults in the production. The principle and function of biological heap leaching production process real - time monitoring system are introduced in this article. The system can optimize the bio - heap leach production process parameters, to reduce the rate of equipment failure and control the computer on - line, improve the heap leach plant automation level of integrated management.
