老年人脂肪肝特点及血液流变学的检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年脂肪肝特点及与血液流变学的关系。方法比较老年脂肪肝患者与健康体检者的血液流变学指标,同时探讨老年人脂肪肝的特点。结果两组老年人血脂指标、血液流变学各项指标比较均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论老年脂肪肝患者血脂及血液流变学指标较正常人明显改变,异常血脂及血液流变学指标可加重脂肪肝的形成及影响其预后。Objective To investigate the characteristics of senile fatty liver and its relation to hemorheology. Methods A comparison of older patients with fatty liver and health examination indexes of blood rheology, and discussed the character- istics of aged patients with fatty liver. Results The two groups of older lipid, blood theology indexes were significantly dif- ferent （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Blood lipid and hemorrheology of elderly patients with fatty liver significantly change, and abnormal blood lipid and hemorrheology may increase the formation of fatty liver and its effect on prognosis.
