新生血管性青光眼不同手术方法疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较两种方法治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果。方法总结新生血管性青光眼患者病历资料并将其分为两组:A组23例(44眼)和B组22例(42眼)。分别用不同治疗方法治疗后按照文中统计标准进行统计,比较两组间疗效差异性。结果 A组平均眼压为(20.02±2.93)mm Hg,视力提高者14眼(31.8%),术后眼球疼痛10眼(22.7%),B组平均眼压(31.21±7.56)mm Hg,视力提高者6眼(14.3%),术后眼球疼痛23眼(54.8%)。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼引流装置Ahmed青光眼阀治疗新生血管性青光眼具有较好的临床效果。Objective To eompare the clinical effect of treatment of neovascular glaucoma two methods. Methods Summa- ry of the clinieal data of 45 patients with neovaseular glaueoma and divided into two groups：A group of 23 patients （44 eyes） and group B, 22 patients （42 eyes）. After treatment, respectively, with different treatments according to the statistical standard statisties, the final statistieal methods to test two groups were differenees Results A mean IOP was （20.02±2.93） mm Hg, visual acuity improved in 14 （31.8%）, eye pain after 10 （22.7%）, B group average IOP was（31.21±7.56）mm Hg, visual acuity improved in six （14.3%）, postoperative eye pain 23 （54.8%） of the results of two groups with a significant differ enee （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Glaucoma drainage device ahmed glaucoma valve treatment of neovaseular glaucoma with better clinical results.
