奥施康定治疗中度癌性疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥施康定(盐酸羟考酮控释片)治疗中度癌性疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法 58例中度癌性疼痛患者中,男性30例,女性28例;平均年龄56.4岁。均为首次服用奥施康定。初始剂量10mg,第12口服。根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量,评价镇痛效果、KPS评分和不良反应。所有患者均连续用药4周。结果 58例患者用奥施康定最小剂量10mg,每12h口服,最大剂量30mg,第12h口服。完全缓解43例(74.1%),部分缓解15例(25.9%),显效率为100.0%(58/58)。不良反应为便秘6例,恶心呕吐7例,腹胀3例,头晕4例,嗜睡2例。结论奥施康定治疗中度癌性疼痛疗效确切,镇痛效果满意,不良反应轻,服用安全。Objective To observe analgesic effect and main side effects of oxycontin（oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets） in management of the moderate cancer pain.Methods A total of 58 patients withmoderate cancer pain were selected.There were 30 males and 28 females,with anaverageage of 56.4 years.Oxycontin was administered at an initial dose of 10mg every 12 hours and titrated upwards according to the extent of pain relief.Evaluated outcomes included analgesic effect,karnofsky performance status scales（KPS）and side effect.It was thefirst time for all of the patients to take oxycontin.All patients received this therapy for 4 weeks.Results The doses range from10mg q12h to 30mg q12h.Among the 58 patients suffering moderate cancer pain,43（74.1%） achieved complete remission,15（25.9%） achieved partial remission.Pain relief provided by oxycontinwas 100 %（58/58） in patients with moderate cancer pain.The adverse reactions were constipation（6 cases）,nausea and vomiting（7 cases）,abdominaldistention（3 cases）,dizziness（4 cases）and lethargy（2 cases）.Conclusions Oxycontin works quickly,safely and effectively and has comparatively slight adverse effects in treatment of the moderate cancer pain.
