华蟾素治疗亚临床肝癌的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨亚临床肝癌时段抗肿瘤治疗的重要作用,强调早期抗肿瘤治疗的重要性。方法将76例AFP升高确诊为亚临床肝癌的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予基础护肝和支持治疗,其中观察组加用华蟾素注射液静滴。在治疗前后不同阶段观察患者AFP含量的变化及远期癌变率。结果华蟾素注射液能明显降低亚临床肝癌患者AFP的水平(P<0.01),3年内的癌变率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论原发性肝癌的癌前期抗肿瘤治疗具有重要作用,能显著改善患者的预后。Objective To investigate the important role of antitumor therapy during subclinical hepatic carcinoma period,to emphasize the importance of early anti tumor therapy.Methods To divide 76 patients whose AFP were elevated and were diagnosed with subclinical hepatic carcinoma randomly into two groups,namely,the observation group and the control group,two groups were given basic liver-protecting and supportive treatment,the observation group was added with cinobufotalin intravenous injection.To observe the the changes of AFP and the long-term incidence rate before and after treatment.Results Cinobufacini injection can decrease the level of AFP in patients with subclinical hepatic carcinoma（P0.01）,canceration rate in three years was significantly decreased（P0.01）.Conclusions Primary hepatocellular carcinoma preliminary antitumor therapy plays an important role,it significantly improve the prognosis of the patients,soearly anti-tumor therapy is significantly important.
