低剂量替吉奥一线治疗高龄晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察低剂量替吉奥一线治疗高龄晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法治疗组36例高龄晚期胃癌患者给予低剂量替吉奥口服化疗,对照组32例给予最佳支持治疗,3个周期后评价疗效,并观察不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组的客观有效率分别为22.2%和3.1%,疾病控制率分别为58.3%和32.3%,两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应主要为血液学毒性、消化道反应和疲乏等,但较轻微。结论低剂量替吉奥口服治疗高龄晚期胃癌疗效较好,不良反应较轻,患者耐受性较好。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of low-dose S-1 in the first-line treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods The therapy group included 36 elderly patients was treated with low-dose S-1 orally.The control group included 32 cases was treated with best supportive care.The efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated after 3 cycles of chemotherapy.Results The objective response rates （RR） of the therapy group and the control group were 22.2% and 3.1%.The disease control rates （DCR） were 58.3% and 32.3%.There were significant differences between two groups （P0.05）.The adverse reactions in the therapy group were mild,including hematological toxicity,digestive tract reaction and fatigue.Conclusion Low-dose S-1 orally had good efficacy,mild adverse reactions and favorable tolerability in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.
