某三级甲等教学医院胃癌住院患者调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析长治市某三级甲等综合教学医院胃癌住院患者的流行病学规律。方法:对2314例胃癌住院患者的流行病学资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2 314例胃癌患者中男女性比例为3.46∶1;50岁～组、60岁～组分别占胃癌患者总人数的35.57%、33.97%;胃癌患者中农民占68.45%;贲门恶性肿瘤占所有胃恶性肿瘤的44.30%,胃恶性肿瘤的发生年龄为(59.27±12.09)岁,贲门恶性肿瘤的发生年龄为(61.74±8.67)岁;治愈占60.29%;2008年胃癌患者的付费方式中自费医疗占59.73%,2010年,胃癌患者的付费方式中自费医疗仅占22.16%,各种社会医疗保险占69.91%。结论:男性是胃癌的高发人群;50岁～组、60岁～组是胃癌的高发人群;胃癌发生部位以贲门恶性肿瘤居多,且胃恶性肿瘤的发生年龄较贲门恶性肿瘤年轻。随着社会的进步、医疗保障事业的发展,各种社会保险已成为胃癌患者的主要付费方式。Objective：To investigate the law of the epidemiology of gastric cancer inpatients in a general teaching hospital from 2008 to 2010.
