基于系统工程视角下的我国高校体育俱乐部研究

摘　　要：高校体育俱乐部主要有五种模式:教学型体育俱乐部、学校与社会联办体育俱乐部、学校管理下的学生组织的单项体育俱乐部、高校竞技运动俱乐部和个体自发组织的体育俱乐部。高校体育俱乐部作为一个系统工程,五个组成部分本应发挥其整体性作用,但该系统工程存在缺乏统筹规划、相互之间支撑不够、资金匮乏、俱乐部定位不准确、部分俱乐部缺乏专业指导等问题。为此,建议高校采取统筹安排、科学运营、资源合理配置、俱乐部间相互配合、优势互补等措施。At present,in colleges and universities there are five patterns of sports club——teaching-oriented sports club,school-society associated club,specialized club organized by students and administrated by universities,athletic club,and the club organized by individuals.Whatever their pattern is,as a part of systematic engineering,they should play a function as a whole.However,due to the ineffective plan of this engineering,there exist some problems,such as the lack of mutual support between these clubs,shortage of capitals,poor orientation and the inadequacy of professional guidance.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the arrangement,scientific operation,reasonal allocation of capitals,and mutual cooperation among all the clubs to improve the work of these clubs.
