摘　　要：通过灰关联分析确定量化指标,建立基于灰色关联分析的灰色综合评价模型并对制造业集群内部企业的知识服务能力做出评价;同时,通过横向对比对集群内部企业知识服务能力进行排序;最后,确定整个集群的知识服务水平以及内部的标杆企业。Gray relation analysis method has been used to quantify the relative index and construct the gray comprehensive e- valuation model based on gray relational analysis in this paper. And then, it evaluates the knowledge service ability of manu- facturing cluster internal corporations; at the same time, it sequences the knowledge service ability of the corporations through horizontal comparison. At last, it evaluates the knowledge service ability of the whole industrial cluster and selects out the best enterprise as a benchmark.
