摘　　要：以工作过程系统化方法实践药物合成技术课程改革,通过分析药物生产岗位典型工作任务,确定课程目标,构建学习情境,设计教学环节,制定考核标准,收集反馈信息调控教学,提高学生的学习主动性和职业能力,培养学生的科研兴趣和创新能力,教学效果良好。Teaching pattern of working process systematization was set up in Drug Synthesis curriculum. By analyzing the typical work tasks of drug synthesis operating post, the curriculum goals were determined, learning situation was constructed, the teaching process was designed, and assessment standard was established. The feedback of informa- tion was collected in order to adjust teaching. The students＇ learning motivation and practical skills were improved ; their interest in research and innovation ability was cultivated. Good teaching effect was achieved.
