摘  要:目的探讨迷迭香吸入对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠行为学的影响。方法采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型后予以孤养、应激处理复合制备PSD大鼠模型,随机分为迷迭香组、文拉法辛组和对照组,观察PSD大鼠蔗糖水消耗量、旷野试验等行为学指标。结果与对照组相比,迷迭香组和文拉法辛组PSD大鼠蔗糖水消耗量、旷野实验水平和垂直运动次数均有所增加(P<0.01);而两组效果亦有差异(P<0.01),文拉法辛组更为明显。结论迷迭香吸入对PSD大鼠神经行为学变化有一定的改善。Aim To observe the effect of rosemary on the changes of behaviors in post-stroke depression(PSD)rats.Methods The focal cerebral ischemia model was set up by blocking the middle cerebral artery(MCAO).Then the model rats were separately raised and put into chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) to induce the PSD model.The rats were divided into control group,Rosemary group and venlafaxine group.The rats were examined dynamically at the 7th,14th,28th days by open-field test(OFT) and sucrose consumption test.Results There were no obvious differences of the baseline level in the three groups.In Rosemary group as well as venlafaxine group the behavior ability significantly improved compared with control group(P0.01).The behavior scores of venlafaxine group were higher than those of Rosemary group(P0.01).Conclusions Rosemary can improve the behavior abnormality in PSD rats.
