摘  要:研究了在温度30℃和相对湿度65%的条件下,玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais)虫口密度和感染时间对新稻谷储藏品质的影响.结果表明:随着玉米象虫口密度的增加和感染时间的延长,稻谷中过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性逐渐降低;脂肪酸值、电导率、丙二醛含量逐渐升高.玉米象的感染对稻谷的储藏品质尤其是脂肪酸值和电导率的影响显著.当虫口密度为4头/kg时对各储藏品质有显著的影响.当感染时间为2周时对稻谷储藏品质影响较为显著.说明玉米象取食对稻谷主要储藏品质指标的影响与玉米象的感染时间和虫口密度有一定关系.The paper studied the influences of the population density and infection time of Sitophilus zeamais on the storage quality of rice at a temperature of 30℃and a relative humidity of 65%.The results showed that; the activity of catalase and peroxidase in rice decreased gradually as the population density increased and the infection time prolonged;and the fatty acid value(FAV),the electrical conductivity rate(ECR)and the malondialdehyde (MDA) content increased gradually after the rice was infected by Sitophilus zeamais.The infection of Sitophilus zeamais had remarkable effects on the storage qualities,particularly the FAV and the ECR,of rice.When the population density reached 4 head/kg and the infection time reached 2 weeks,the infection of Sitophilus zeamais had remarkable effect on each storage quality.The results showed that the effects of feeding of Sitophilus zeamais on the main storage quality indexes of rice had a certain relationship with the infection time and the population density.
