摘　　要：科学的信息化项目管理不仅需要遵循通用的项目管理方法,还需要结合信息化项目自身的特色进行信息化相关管理,而EA是企业进行信息化建设实施的框架,也是项目建设的依据之一,因此进行科学的信息化项目管理需要将二者进行有机的融合,才能提高信息化项目建设质量和进度。探讨EA和典型的PMBOK二者在信息化项目管理中的应用方法和关键点。Scientific management method should not only follow the generic project management method, but also carry out informatization management according to the features about their information projects. Besides, EA is the foundational framework and principle for information projects constructions. Therefore, to ensure the quality and progress of the information project construction, the scientific management method should take both the project and the informatization management into account. Discusses the approaches and key points about how can EA and typical PMBOK be used in information project management.
