超细鼻胃镜在高龄患者上消化道黏膜病变治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超细鼻胃镜在治疗高龄患者上消化道黏膜病变中的安全性和有效性。方法 146例均给予超细鼻胃镜治疗。观察治疗前和治疗过程中呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度变化情况。结果本组除1例因双侧鼻甲均肥大而改经口插入外,其余均顺利完成胃镜下治疗。在治疗过程中有28例轻度恶心,12例鼻腔黏膜轻度损伤,16例腹胀痛,其余未诉特殊不适,呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度无明显变化。结论超细鼻胃镜是治疗高龄患者上消化道黏膜病变的有效方法,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the security and effectiveness of super thin nasal endoscopy in treatment of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal mucosal lesions. Methods Super thin nasal endoscopy was used in 146 pa- tients. The changes of patients＇breath, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation before and during treatment were observed. Results All of the patients finished the endoscopy treatment successfully except one who was plugged into through oral cavity because of his bilateral turbinate hypertrophy. In the course of treatment 28 patients had mild nausea, 12 mild inju- ry in nasal mucosa and 16 abdominal distention and pain. There were no obvious changes in breath, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation after the treatment. Conclusion Super thin nasal endoscopy may be an effective and safe method in treatment of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal mucosal lesions.
