发展农业科技企业的思考

摘　　要：农业科技企业在农业科技体制改革中诞生,在科技体制改革深化中发展。创建农业科技企业的目的是为了促进科技成果转化为生产力,促进科技与经济有效结合,也是农业科研单位自身改革发展的客观要求。文章探讨了当前农业科技企业发展的现状与存在的问题,强调必须加强技术创新,逐步将农业科技企业培育成为技术创新与产业创新的主体。Agricultural science and technology enterprises were born in reform of agricultural scientific system and were developed in the process of deepening reform. The aim of creating agricultural science and technology enterprises is to promote the transformation of science and technology achievements into productive forces, and promote the effective combination of science and technology with economy. Furthermore, it is also objective requirement of agricultural research institutions for self reformation and development. The current situation and problems exist in the development of agricultural science and technology enterprises were discussed in the paper. It was emphasized that technology innovation must be strengthened and science and technology enterprises should be changed into the main body of technology and industry innovation.
