摘  要:采用响应面法优化微波提取凤眼莲总黄酮的最佳实验条件.在单因素实验基础上,考察了微波功率、提取时间及液固比等实验因素对凤眼莲总黄酮得率的影响.建立了凤眼莲总黄酮得率与实验因素之间的二次回归模型方程,方差分析表明模型极显著.实验优化最佳条件为:微波功率410 W,提取时间6min,液固比41∶1mL·g-1,凤眼莲总黄酮得率为7.630mg·g-1.The extraction of total flavones from eichhornia erassipes hy microwave extraction using response surface analysis is researched to optimize the experimental conditions. Based on single factor test, Box-Benhnken Design is applied to inves- tigatc the effects of microwave power, microwave extraction time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of total {lavones from eichhornia crassipes. Quadratic regression equation between the extraction rate of total flavones and the factors is estab lished, and variance analysis showed that the model is very significant. The optimal extraction conditions are determined as follows: the microwave power at 410 W, the extraction time at 6 min and the liquid solid ratio at 41 : 1 mL g -1 In this case, the extraction rate of total flavones from eichhornia erassipes sample reaches 7. 630 mg·g-1.
