摘　　要：目的本研究探讨急性髓系白血病（AML）患者肿瘤多药耐药性（multidrug resistance,MDR）-1基因表达情况及其临床特征.方法采用实时荧光定量 PCR（RQ-PCR）法检测74例 AML 患者 MDR-1的表达情况,分析患者的临床特征.结果初诊 AML 患者中33例（44.6%）具有 MDR-1的表达,阳性表达组患者的年龄、性别、骨髓原始细胞数、血小板、血红蛋白、FLT3基因内部串联重复（flt3-itd）、核仁磷酸蛋白（npm1）基因、CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白α（cebpa）、c-kit 突变与阴性表达组比较,差异均无统计学意义（均 P 〉0.05）,两组血白细胞数和染色体核型差异均有统计学意义（P =0.025、0.01）.MDR-1阳性表达组完全缓解（CR）率低于阴性表达组,差异有统计学意义（P =0.023）.结论 MDR-1阳性表达患者可能具有较差的预后,其在 AML 患者预后中的预测价值有待于进一步的深入研究.Objective TO investigate expression of MDR-1 gene in acute myeloid leukemia （AML）. Methods MDR-1 gene was detected in 74 AML patients with RQ-PCR method, and the clinical data were also analyzed. Results MDR-1 gene was expressed in 33 of 74 patients （44.6%） with de novo AML. There were no significant differences in age, gender, blast cells of bone marrow, platelet, hemoglobin, CD34, CD117, HLA-DR, mutations of flt3-itd, npml, c-kit and cebpa between patients with positive MDR-1 and negative MDR-I（P 〉 0.05 ）.The white blood cell count was higher and karyotype was poorer in patients with positive MDR-1 than those with negative MDR-I（P =0.025 and P =0.01 ）. The CR rate in positive MDR-1 patients was lower than that in negative patients（P =0.023）. Conclusion AML patients with positive MDR-1 may have poor prognosis.
