摘 要:提出了亚硫酸钠浸取—抗坏血酸滴定法测定炉渣中金属铁的新方法。详细论述了金属铁的最佳浸取条件,对滴定干扰元素的影响等进行了试验。结果表明,试样在含50 g/L亚硫酸钠的pH 4.5缓冲溶液中室温振荡1 h可使金属铁浸取完全。采用过氧化氢或过硫酸铵作预氧化剂,用抗坏血酸作为还原剂、用电位滴定法测定金属铁,操作简便。炉渣中大量的钛和锰对测定无干扰,铜、钼、钒的允许量可达到5 mg。测定结果相对标准偏差RSD〈5%,加标回收率为99.6%~101.0%。The determination of the metallic iron in slag is proposed by the new sodium sulfite leaching and ascorbic acid titration method.The optimal condition for leaching metallic iron is discussed in detail,and then the influence of the interference elements on the titration is studied experimentally.The results show that the metallic iron can be completely extracted after test samples are oscillated in the pH 4.5 buffer solution with 30 g/L sodium sulfite for 1 h at room temperature.And the method for determining the metallic iron by potentiometric titration is easy and simple to handle providing that the hydrogen peroxide or ammonium persulate is used to be the pre-oxidant and ascorbic acid to be the reducer.The great amount of Ti and Mn in slag has no interference on the determination,and the permissible amount of these elements such as Cu,Mo and V can be up to 5 mg.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of determined results is less than 5% and the recovery rate is between 99.6 % and 101.0 %.
