摘　　要：本文基于现代企业管理平台对经营管理人员实践能力的需求，从实验、实训、实战和实用技能四个层面介绍了实践教学体系的构建，并分别阐述了四个层面的内容和能力培养目标。In this paper, based on the modern enterprise management platform for business managers practice ability demand, from the experiment, training, combat and practical skills in four dimensions is introduced the construction of practice teaching system, and elaborated the content of four levels and ability training objectives.
