摘　　要：非受体酪氨酸激酶(cellular-abelsongene,C-Abl)属于非受体酪氨酸激酶Abelson超家族一员,具有酪氨酸激酶活性,可参与调控细胞的周期变化、凋亡及转化等途径,它的激活或突变与肿瘤细胞的恶性转化有重要的联系,是肿瘤发生、发展的一个重要原因。阐述C-Abl在肿瘤中的重要作用,可为肿瘤的发生与治疗提供理论基础及新的治疗途径。Cellular-abelsongene （C-Abl） is a member of non-receptor tyrosine kinase abelson super family. It has the tyrosine kinase activity and can participate in the regulation ofceU cycle, apoptosis and transition. Activation or mutation of C-Ab 1 is closely related to tumor cell malignant transformation, tumor occurrence and development. To elucidate the underlying mechanisms may lay a basis for tumor occurrence and treatment.
