水林佳治疗新诊断2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察水林佳治疗新诊断2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例,2组患者均给予糖尿病饮食及运动指导,给予诺和灵30R控制血糖(剂量随血糖调节),对照组单纯给予以二甲双胍,治疗组给予二甲双胍加水林佳,疗程为3个月;观察2组治疗前后空腹血糖(fastingblood glucose,FBG)、餐后血糖(postprandial blood glucose,PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycolated hemoglobin,HbA_1c)、丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、体质量指数(body massindex,BMI)、胆固醇(cholesterin,TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)变化。结果 2组治疗后FBG、PBG、HbA_1c、ALT、AST、BMI、TC、TG水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组ALT、AST水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水林佳联合二甲双胍对新诊断2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinic effects of silibinin on the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with non - alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （42 cases） and the control group （38 cases）. All patients were given diabetic diet, exercise guidance and Novolin 30R to control the blood glucose. The patients of control group were given metformin alone, while the patients of treatment group were given metformin and silibinin. The changes of fasting blood glucose （ FBG）, postprandial blood glucose （ PBG ）, glycolated hemoglobin （ HbA1 c ）, alanine aminotransferase （ ALT ）, aspartate aminotransferase （ AST ）, body mass index （ BMI）, total cholesterol （TC） and triacylglycerol （TG） were observed. Results After treatment, FBG, PBG, HbA1 c, ALT, AST, BMI,TC and TG were significantly decreased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, ALT and AST levels were significantly lower in treatment group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Silibinin combined with metformin have better clinical efficacy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with non - alcoholic fatty liver disease.
