摘  要:选用两种有机酸对活性炭进行了改性处理,以改性后的活性炭为载体,添加活性组分后制备成浸渍炭,考察了有机酸的浓度、处理温度和时间对浸渍炭防护氯化氰的影响。研究发现有机酸B改性可明显提高浸渍炭对氯化氰的防护性能,且对不同类型活性炭的防护性能均有不同程度提高,经试验确定最佳改性工艺为:浓度0.2mol/L的有机酸B于50℃下改性处理2h。Activated carbon modified with two kinds of organic acid was studied in this paper. Carbon supported catalysts were prepared by using the modified activated carbon as a carrier through impregnating the active component. The influences of the organic acid concentration, treatment temperature and time on the impregnated carbon protection capability for cyanogens chloride were investigated. The results showed that the protection capability for cyanogen chloride of impregnated carbon catalyst modified with organic acid B was increased obviously, comparing with the original carbon supported catalysts, and this method was feasible to different kinds of activated carbons. The best modification method was as follows: the concentration of organic acid B was 0.2 mol/L, modification time was 2h, modification temperature was 50℃.
