摘  要:目的了解临床护理教师职业倦怠感现状及不同人口学特征职业倦怠感差异情况,为心理健康干预提供依据。方法本研究对职业倦怠感量表重新修订,采用此量表对南充市535名临床护理教师进行调查。结果临床护理教师的职业倦怠感水平较低;年龄、教龄、转班方式与个人成就感、去人格化有差异性存在(P<0.05);年龄、教龄、职称、学历与情感耗竭有差异性存在(P<0.05)。结论临床护理教师职业倦怠感干预应具有针对性,以有效降低职业倦怠感对临床护理教师身心所造成的伤害,从而提高护理教学质量。Objective To investigate job burnout situation of clinical nursing teachers, and to provide basis for the intervention of mental health. Methods This paper revises the maslach burnout inventory and then 535 clinical nursing teachers were assessed by the questionaire. Results The level of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers is relatively low. There are differences among age, teaching experience, class transfer mode, personal accomplishment and depersonalization ( P 〈 0.05). There are significant differences among emotional exhaustion and age, teaching experience, title, education background (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The intervene of job burnout of clinical nursing teachers should has pertinence. We should effectively reduce the damage of job burnout, improve the teaching quality.
