摘 要:本文报告手术治疗青年食管癌贲门癌115例,占同期全组4.4%。切除率78.3%,手术死亡率2.6%,吻合口瘘率3.5%,其它并发症率14.8%。术后1年、3年,5年及10年生存率分别为78.3%、38.5%、26.8%及11.1%。 青年食管癌贲门癌具有病程短,发展快,切除率及生存率低的特点。术后生存率比较:食管癌明显优于贲门癌,食管癌组中,病变长度≤5 cm者显著优于>5 cm。 提高术后生存率,有赖于早期诊断,早期手术切除及放疗,化疗的配合。115 cases of young patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma treated by operation were analysed. The resection rate was 78.3 % , the operative mortality rate was 2.6%, and the anastomotic teak rate was 3.5%. The other postoperative complication rate was 14.8%. The 1-, 3-, 5- and 10-year survival rates were 78.3%, 38.5%, 26.8% and 11.1% respective ly. The young patents with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were characterized by the short course, rapid development and bwer resection and survival rates. The survival rate of esophageal carcinoma was much higher than that of cardiac carcinoma In esophageal carcinoma, the survival rate of lesion ≤5cm was much higher than that of lesion > 5cm.In order to increase the postoperative survival rate it depends upon earty diagnosis, early operative resection and radio-therapy and chemotherapy in combination.
