摘  要:研究目的:衢宁铁路为海峡西岸宁德港及临港工业后方重要集疏运通道,衔接路网线路多,所经浙西南、闽东北地区地形起伏大、工程艰巨;项目设计限制坡度大小对线路走向、线路长度、工程投资、运营费用、牵引质量及输送能力均有较大的影响,因此,需结合项目功能定位和运输需求,路网相邻线路技术标准、牵引动力与坡度体系的发展趋势进行不同坡度方案的论证比选,确定本项目的限制坡度。研究结论:(1)全线双机坡方案及区段双机坡方案均未能体现大坡度优势、工程运营费较高、运输组织不便;(2)6‰和9‰限制坡度均可单机牵引,运输组织顺畅;(3)全线单机9‰方案可较好适应地形,工程投资及换算工程运营费省,综合效益最好,衢宁铁路限制坡度推荐采用9‰。Research purposes: The Quzhou - Ningde Railway is the important traffic passage for the Ningde Harbor on the Strait west bank and the port -vicinity industry. This railway links many railways and crosses the southwest area of Zhejiang Province and the northeast area of Fujian Province with big rising and falling topography. It is difficulty to build this railway. The maximum ruling of this railway is crucial to the railway alignment, length, investment, operating expenditure, traction quality and transportation capacity. So it is necessary to determine the maximum ruling gradient of this railway through comparison of the optional schemes on consideration of the railway's functional orientation, transportation requirements, technical standards of adjacent lines in the network and development tendency of traction power and ruling gradient system. Research conclusions: The twin - locomotive traction on the whole railway line or in certain sections of the line can not give the superiority of the large ruling gradient, with high operating expenditure and inconvenient transportation organization. By adopting both maximum ruling gradients of 6‰ and 9‰, the single locomotive can be used for the whole railway with smooth transportation organization. It is recommended to adopt the maximum ruling gradient of 9‰ because it suits the landform along the line, saves the construction investment and cost and obtains the maximum overall benefits.
