保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝及对TG、CHO的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-转肽酶(γ-GT)升高患者的临床疗效及对甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)的影响。方法:将所选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组65例,对照组60例,对照组给于东宝肝泰片,每次3片,每天3次口服;治疗组服用保肝消脂颗粒冲剂,两组疗程均为2个月,同时查患者治疗前后血清ALT、AST、ALP、γ-GT、TG、CHO水平及临床症状与体征的改变。结果:治疗组较对照组症状和体征积分下降均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组ALT、AST、ALP、γ-GT、TG、CHO下降低较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝在降低ALT、AST、ALP、γ-GT,减轻临床症状、体征等方面,均明显优于对照组,且对血脂中的TG、CHO有明显降低作用。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Baogan Xiaozhi Buffer on ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GT of fatty liver and TG as well as CHO.Methods：Cases in accordance with the standard random number table to take control methods,were divided into two groups,treatment group had 65 cases,control group had 60 cases.Control group：take Dongbao Gantai Tablet,three tablets once,three times a day for 2 months;treatment group：take Baogan Xiaozhi Buffer for 2 months.In the treatment group and control group before and after treatment,serum liver function（ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GT）and TG and CHO,clinical symptoms and signs changes were observed.Results：After treatment,the syndrome total score,the signs and symptoms of integral points in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P0.05）,and the treatment group improved significantly.The levels of ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GT,TG and CHO in treatment group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Baogan Xiaozhi Buffer treatment of fatty liver is more effective than the control group,Baogan Xiaozhi Buffer can significantly reduce patients clinical symptoms and debase liver function（ALP,γ-GT）and TG as well as CHO.
