清开灵注射液治疗出血性中风急性期随机对照试验系统评价研究

摘　　要：目的:系统评价清开灵注射液治疗出血性中风急性期的临床疗效及安全性。方法:运用系统评价方法,检索清开灵注射液治疗中风的随机对照试验,筛选合格研究,评价研究质量,采用异质性检验、Meta分析、敏感性分析、倒漏斗图等方法统计相关数据。结果:13项研究符合选择标准,清开灵注射液治疗出血性中风急性期总有效率的RR(99%CI)、NNT(99%CI)、神经功能缺损评分及血肿吸收情况的WMD(99%CI)统计结果依次为1.20(1.10,1.30)、7.14(5.00,12.5)、-4.45(-5.86,-3.04)、-3.36(-5.65,-1.08)。结论:现有证据支持说明清开灵注射液有益于改善出血性中风急性期患者的神经功能缺损状况。Objective：To evaluate efficacy and safety of Qingkailing Injection for acute hemorrhagic stroke.Methods：Randomized controlled trails（RCTs）of Qingkailing Injection for acute hemorrhagic stroke were identified,eligible studies were included,the methodological quality of inclusive trails was assessed by Jadad scale.Heterogeneity test,Meta-analysis,funnel plot analysis and sensitivity analysis were used to analyse the data.Results：13 RCTs were included,Meta-analysis indicated that relative risks of overall effective rate（99%CI）,NNT（99%CI）,WMD（99%CI）of neural function defect score and WMD（99%CI）of cerebral hemorrhage were 1.20（1.10,1.30）,7.14（5.00,12.5）,-4.45（-5.86,-3.04）,-3.36（-5.65,-1.08）.Conclusion：This systematic review showed that Qingkailing Injection is effective for acute hemorrhagic stroke.
