摘　　要："治未病"预防理念在预防肺癌的发生、阻断癌前病变的发展和防治复发转移三方面起到至关重要的作用,同时在实践中也面临着较大的挑战,只有通过科学、先进的实验手段和方法,在辨证施治的基础上引入现代研究技术,秉着继承创新的原则,才能丰富和发展中医"治未病"思想,使其贯穿于肺癌治疗始终,以提高临床疗效。The traditional Chinese medicine preventive treatment plays a crucial role in three aspects of preventing the germination,blocking the precancerous lesion,preventing and treating the metastasis of lung cancer.Meanwhile,the great challenges are also faced in practice.We should keep faith with the principle of the inheritance and innovation,introduce the modern technology on the syndrome differentiation and treatment by the scientific and advanced experimental methods,and then the TCM preventive treatment can be enriched and developed.It should be used throughout the treatment of lung cancer in order to improve the clinical curative effect.
