摘　　要：目的:分析评价应用消渴丸与常规治疗方案治疗2型糖尿病之间的差异。方法:检索1989—2012年国内发表的消渴丸治疗2型糖尿病的相关文献,纳入研究的采用M-Jadad质量评分标准。收集比较消渴丸与常规治疗方案治疗糖尿病的随机对照试验。资料提取与分析:两人独立提取研究资料,采用Cochrane协作网提供的软件Review Manager 5.1软件进行研究资料的统计分析。结果:试验组消渴丸与对照组常规方案在疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:消渴丸与常规方案相比,消渴丸中西医结合治疗糖尿病疗效更确切、特征性症状改善更明显,能指导临床医生用药。Objective：Analysis and evaluation of the therapeutic difference between conventional treatment and Xiaoke pills in the treatment of T2DM were made.Methods：The domestic published articles related to T2DM treating with Xiaoke pills from 1989 to 2012 were searched.The included articles for study were under the standard for evaluation of M-Jadad.The chosen articles are randomized controlled trials（RCT）.Two researchers collected research data independently,making statistical analysis through Review Manager 5.1 provided by the Cochrane Collaboration.Results：There was significant treatment difference between the experimental group（Xiaoke pills）and control group（conventional therapy）（P0.01）.Conclusion：Compared wih conventional treatment,Xiaoke pills treatment has significant effect on treatment of T2DM and the characteristic symptoms are improved obviously.
