摘　　要：IL-24是研究黑色素瘤分化相关基因-（mda-7）产物命名的一类新型细胞因子；IL-24在多种细胞中表达，诱导分泌IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ等细胞因子。IL-24通过“旁观者效应”、“自噬作用”等生物学效应诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，抑制肿瘤血管生成，抑制肿瘤细胞转移从而实现抗肿瘤的目的。IL-24还具有增强肿瘤细胞放疗敏感性和协同化疗药抗肿瘤的特性，因而对其进行深入地研究具有临床的应用价值。Intedeukin-24 （IL-24） is a novel cytok!ne which was named after the study of melanoma differentiation associated gene-7 （ mda-7 ）. IL-24 is expressed in a variety of cells and induces the secretion of cytokines, such as IL-6 ,TNF -α and IFN-γ. Moreover, the ability of mda-7/IL-24 to induce tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting angiogenesis and metastasis to achieve anti-tumor through cancer-specific killing effect of ＂by- stander＂,＂ autophagy＂. IL-24 has been found to display anti-tumor properties to enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy and synergy with chemotherapy drugs.
