摘　　要：中医专科专病临床研究离不开文献资料的支持。本文以中医肝病为专科专病示范研究,在已有公共文献库的基础上,基于开源搜索工具Lucene和中文分词技术构建了中医肝病文献检索与管理系统。该系统不仅有效提高了文献检索的查全率和查准率,并可基于过滤准则为临床研究筛选符合循证医学评价标准的高质量文献,进而提高文献利用效率,为专科专病文献库的建设提供参考。Research on the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）-based diseases is highly depended on literature. Based on the currently available public libraries and by using the the open-source software Lucene and Chinese word segmentation technology, we developed a TCM Liver Disease Literature Retrieval and Management System, which remarkably improves the efficiency and accuracy of literature utilization and may contribute to the construction of the TCM-based diseases databases.
