摘　　要：阐述物联网与云计算的基本概念,分析其对高校教育信息化发展带来的影响,提出在物联网与云计算环境中教育信息化发展的4项策略:建立强有力的管理体制、实现软硬件建设重点转移、构建基于物联网的云平台、建设智能化校园。The paper elaborates the basic concepts of internet of things and cloud computing,analyzes its influence on education informatization development in colleges and universities,puts forward four strategies under internet of things and cloud computing environment： establishing powerful administration system,shifting the construction emphasis of software and hardware,constructing cloud platform based on internet of things,constructing high intelligence campus.
