摘 要:20世纪90年代中两岸均颁布了《教师法》等法规,明确实行教师资格制度,以提高教师专业地位。本文从教师资格制度的法律基础、教师资格制度的学历要求、考试、证书、认定机构、认定程序等方面比较分析了两岸教师资格制度的异同,以促进相互了解和借鉴,并提出了教师资格制度改进的建议。In order to elevate teachers' professional status, "Teachers' Act""is enacted to carry out the Teacher Certification System by both Taiwan and mainland, China in the mid 1990s. To promote mutual understanding and learn from other, this study analyzes the similarities and differences between these two Teacher Certification Systems in Taiwan and mainland from aspects of legal basis, academic requirements, examinations, certificates, recognized the organization, identified program and so on. Some suggestions are put forward. Some suggestions put forward are for the revision of Teacher Certification System on both sides of Straits.
