摘　　要：瘦素作为一种多效性的激素,参与维持机体免疫系统的动态平衡,调节生殖以及血管的生成等。瘦素在呼吸系统方面的作用也日益受到重视。胎儿和成人肺组织是瘦素的反应和产生器官,并在肺稳态的维持及呼吸系统相关疾病的发生、发展等方面发挥着重要的作用。现就瘦素在肺组织中的活性及其在常见呼吸系统疾病发病机制中的作用予以综述。Leptin has emerged in the literature as a pleiotropic hormone,the actions of which extend from immune system homeostasis to reproduction and angiogenesis.The role of leptin in the respiratory system is drawing more and more attention.Fetal and adult lung tissues are leptin responsive and producing organs.It has been identified an important role of leptin in the maintenance of lung steady state which suggests a significant impact on specific respiratory diseases.Here is to make a review on leptin＇s actions in the lung and its involvement in common disorders of the respiratory system.
