摘  要:低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)被认为是诱导低氧基因和修复细胞内氧环境的一核心调节因子,广泛存在于慢性缺氧细胞中。随着对HIF-1在肺癌发生、发展中作用认识的逐渐深入,近年诸多相关研究显示,HIF-1在肺癌细胞组织中呈高表达,它能促进肺癌细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤新生血管形成,增强肿瘤侵袭性,增加肿瘤对放化疗的抵抗性;表明HIF-1的表达与肺癌的生长、浸润、转移及预后关系密切。Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is considered to be a core regulatory factory inducing hypoxia gene and repairing intracellular oxygen environment,widely existing in chronic hypoxic cells.Along with the deepening of recognition of HIF-1 roles in lung cancer occurrence and development,in recent years,many studies on HIF-1 and lung cancer show that HIF-1 are highly expressed in lung cancer tissues,which can promote lung cancer cell proliferation,induce tumor angiogenesis and enhance tumor aggressiveness,and increase tumor resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,indicating that HIF-1 expression and lung cancer growth,infiltration,transfer and prognosis are closely related.
