摘　　要：放射性粒子近距离治疗肿瘤是恶性肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一。近年来,125I粒子组织间植入治疗原发性肝癌应用于临床,在延长患者生存时间和提高患者生存质量等方面已取得良好效果。目前研究结果表明,125I粒子组织间植入治疗具有较好的安全性和有效性,为原发性肝癌肝癌的治疗提供了新的思路。现就近年来该技术的临床研究与应用予以综述。Brahytherapy is one of the most important technologies in the treatment of malignant tumor.In recent years,125I seed brahytherapy in tissues treatment for primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC）,is applied in clinical practice,which has achieved good results in prolonging survival time of patients and improving the quality of life.Compared with conventional therapies,125I seed brahytherapy for PHC has been demonstrated safe and effective,which provides a new approach for the treatment of PHC.Here is to make a review focusing on the clinical research and application of the technology.
