摘 要:篮球运动属于三个能量系统都参与能量供应的混合供能运动,随着现代篮球竞技运动竞赛日趋频繁、激烈,运动员要在重大比赛中取得胜利,创造优异成绩,只有通过大负荷的运动训练长期对有机体进行生物学改造和掌握娴熟的专项技术、战术才能达到目的。故本文从生物学角度对篮球比赛中供能系统特征进行分析并提出相关训练对策,以期为广大篮球运动员、教练员提供理论参考。Basketball are three energy systems are involved in the energy supply mix for energy movement, with the modem basketball-sports competition is becoming more frequent, intense athlete to win big games, and achieve excellent results, only through the movement of large loadstrain- ing biological transformation of the organism for a long time and master the skill of special technology, tactics in order to achieve their goals. There- fore, in this article from the biological point of view, the basketball game energy supply system characteristics analysis and make training measures to provide a theoretical reference for the majority of basketball players and coaches.
