高校本科人才培养质量长效保障体系的构建

摘　　要：当前我国的高等教育正处在由规模扩张向质量提升的转型时期,然而高校的人才培养质量长效保障体系建设仍存着许多问题,如教育理念滞后、培养模式雷同、课程体系单一、师资与经费投入不足、忽视环境文化建设等等。基于对现实问题的反思与建构,河南理工大学从人才培养定位出发,以课程体系改革为突破口,以制度建设为抓手,以教学质量保障为主要内容,初步建立了本科长效质量保障体系。The higher education of current our country is in the transition period from the quantity expansion to the quality improvement, however, the long-term assurance system construction of talent training quality still exist many problems, such as education idea is old, the training mode are similar, the curriculum system is sin- gle, the teachers and funding are insufficient, neglecting environment culture construction etc.. Based on the reflection and construction of practical problems, from the positioning of talent cultivation, Henan Polytechnic University take the curriculum system reform as a breach, with the system construction as the starting point, the teaching quality assurance as the main content, initially established a long-term quality assurance system of undergraduate.
