摘　　要：大学生低碳节能素质教育已成为我国实施可持续发展战略的关键因素之一,其开展在我国现阶段极具必要性、迫切性和特殊性。因此,对大学生低碳节能素质教育中的政府角色与学校推进策略展开研究具有积极的实践意义和理论价值。政府决策是实现大学生低碳节能素质教育的前提和关键,学校推进策略在改变低碳节能素质教育现状的进程中发挥着具体作用。The quality education of college Students＇ low carbon and energy conservation has become one of the key factors in China＇s implementation of the strategy of sustainable development. The development of quality e- ducation of low carbon and energy conservation in the present stage of our country has the great necessity, ur- gency and particularity. To study the role of government in the quality education of college Students＇ low carbon energy conservation and the college implementation strategy has the positive practical significance and theoretical value. The government is the prerequisite and key strategies of the realization of students＇ low carbon energy conservation quality edueation the promoting strategy of college plays a specific role in the process of changing the low carbon energy conservation quality education.
